Board Members in attendance – President – Jim Henderson. POA Members in attendance – Stephanie Novak, Michael Farrell, Julie Chernenko, Evelyn Fergueson.
Call to Order was given by Jim Henderson @ 6:01pm
Stephanie Novak and Michael Farrell were appointed as new Directors on the Board of Directors at 6:02pm in accordance with the legal direction from the Board’s law firm specializing in Texas Real Estate Law.
Jim Henderson made a motion to adjourn the meeting, motion was seconded by Stephanie Novak and the meeting concluded at 6:03pm.
